Manufacturing and Bottling Lubricants

The manufacturing and packaging of lubricating oils unit has been developed to attend various production demands. It has a tanking with storage capacity of 3,000 m3 of basic oils, additives and finished lubricant. It has an internal heating in tanks, fully automated with flow meters, mixers with Bubble Mix technology, which uses air (free from humidity) to perform mixing, linear and rotary filling machines (SERAC) that meet the most diverse production volumes and types packaging, From the smaller (200 mL, 500 mL, 1L), the mediums (5L, 20L), to drums (200L) container (1,000L) and bulk.

The structure allows a production with high level of automation with automatic labelers, check weight, as well as specialized teams to meet the highest quality standards, failure prevention and safe conduct.
